My name is Yevgeniya. Five years ago I came to the Delta M Company to hold the position of the Assistant Manager. I have had the eventful career path within the company during these years.
As many young specialists I did not know exactly what I wanted to do and whom I actually wanted to be. That is why when I had overgrown the first occupied position, I ventured in other work areas, luckily Delta M welcomes the desire of self-development and overmastering new directions. During this work time in the company I tried my hand at administrative work, management, debt collecting and even law, although I did not have a field-specific education. I constantly participate in trainings and seminars; they are arranged by the company for employees willing to learn something new, improve their occupation level. During five years I had five promotions and reconsiderations of my salary. As of today, I am the manager of the project team, there are 6 subordinates and nowadays I do share my experience with them.

I have been working for the company for 4 years; it started from the position of the Contact Centre Operator. It was hard but I tried my best and I was rewarded! My friend, who has been working here for a few months, invited me to the company. I have come just for an excursion to see where he worked. And I was proposed to take the training course, and told about the specific features of the work, what is collecting – what the process consist of, how to communicate with the Clients and how to achieve results. And my eyes have lighted up, excitement has risen! I wanted to try my hand at and prove that I could be the best.
