Description of software complex «Delta M. Collection»

The main purpose of software complex “Delta M. Collection”– is effective automatization of working process indebtedness of branch network on all stages of expiration (Soft, Hard, Legal collection).

Every step, which have been made by employee, beginning from import of given information and finishing by sending of reporting, is laid over to special statistical module, that allow to make analysis of effectiveness of work as a branch totally, as and every employee separately. Quantity of active cases at work limited only with a size of database.

Technical data of complex and requirements

• developed on programming language Visual Basic .Net 2008;
• is a closed program product, there can be no exterior change;
• two bases MySQL are used for work (work with other bases is possible two):
• the main base, which is situated on the server inside the local network of the company, access to it is possible only by local network;
• database is situated on server and in Internet.
• for the work with database MySQL on every computer is necessary to install driver MySQL OleDb Connector;
• for working the program on the clients computer any operational system Windows with support of Microsoft Net Framework 2.0 and Microsoft Net Framework 3.5 should be installed, and for working of modules of import/statistic – Microsoft Word 2003/2007;
• Content of base cipher by symmetrical key, that at times changes as consisted with user settings. Keys are kept in separate table that cipher by asymmetrical key. Having a necessary key, supplement – client decipher this table and work with base;
• Secure channels are used for passing data SSL;
• During the integration optimal setting of servers of databases is made – hard passes, SSL, disconnection of unwanted services;
