Due to significant increase of cases, on which “Delta M” conducts debt collection through judicial and executive processes, within the Judicial Department a separate unit – The Department of the State executive service relations - was established.

Department specialists are former employees of the different levels of the State executive service authorities, with a great experience and excellent knowledge of specialized legislation, and specific character of debt collection on the stage of executive process.

The establishment of such Department enables Company to improve debt collection service standards, to minimize time of executive process and to increase financial flows on this stage of collection.
