Delta M: 2009 work results and perspectives of the development

In the main office of “Integrated business protection agency “Delta M” on the 25th of December 2009 the results of work in 2009 were presented and defined the main purposes on 2010.

With the help of implementing of anti-crisis mechanisms in all vital processes, the company have succeeded in considerably effective opposition to negative tendencies of world financial crisis, and per contra, increased own flow of funds and resources potential.

In 2009 “Delta M”:

was created and positioned as independent material the first Ukrainian software complex for optimization activity of collection companies and collection services of financial institutions – “Delta M. Collection”, which has no analogs in Ukraine in price/quality ratio;

became an initiator of creation and a founder of Independent Association of Ukrainian Collection Agencies (NAUKA);

created an effective system of collection indebtedness on stages of legal and enforcement proceeding with legal representation in all regional centers of Ukraine;

for purchasing of debt portfolios “Financial company “Delta M.Factoring” was registered;

opened new on-line sales area of hypothecary autos - www.avto.delta-m.com.ua. Volume of sales of equipment (hypothecary and after leasing) amount to 276 units;

47 complex DM-projects have been made;

engaged more than 25 Partners in sphere of post dispatch on monthly basis;

the system of quarter attestation of employees in all regions of Ukraine have been implemented;

Besides that, the Company have organized and hold a few charity initiatives in the end of 2009.

Priority tasks for 2010:

developing of factoring services;

active participation in working with debts of enterprises of housing and utilities infrastructure;

futher perfection of quality of provided services;

introduction to the market few IT-projects in sphere of economic security;

retrofitting of service yard of “Delta M.Direct Marketing” project.
