The process of pretrial debt collection (soft and hard collection) aimed at setting the disputes on the debts return through negotiation without reference to judicial and executive bodies. At this stage, our company makes phone calls, end send letters and SMS to the debtors, and conducts personal meetings at the place of residence or work of the debtor all over the territory of Ukraine.

The staff of pretrial debt collection department of “Delta M” includes more than 70 specialists: analytics, call-center employees and employees of executive debt collection department in regions, specialists of searching department and skip tracing department. Human resources and availability of specialized software complex “Delta M.Collection” allow us to work effectively with dozens of thousands personal files of debtors (borrowers).

Judicial debt recovery (legal collection) is aimed at the debt recovery enforcement through reference to judicial bodies and executive bodies of the state executive service (GIS). As practice shows, opening of judicial and executive procedures are more reasonable in the case of availability of collateral, high amount of indebtedness or with an aim to receive a by-law of state executive service bodies about impossibility of debt collection, which gives a chance for banks particularly, to optimize their reserves.

To date the legal department of “Delta M” company includes more then 40 highly professional lawyers in all regions of Ukraine! Being one of a few companies in the market, that have own lawyers in all regional centers and being oriented on maximum high result , we introduced common standards of effective work for lawyers, developed schemas of cooperation with regional branches, and only effectual mechanism of legal debt collection are practiced.
